  • The first step to working with us is to book in an initial discovery call. We can discuss your requirements in person, over the phone or via video conferencing.

  • Absolutely! We can assist you in any way you need. If it is a one off project (however big or small!) we can help. Get in touch with us to discuss your requirements.

  • We would be honoured to work with you long term. We can work with you part-time or full-time. After our initial call we can delve into the costs and create something great together.

  • Our services can be cancelled in writing with a 28 day notice.

  • We invoice depending on the work we have been commissioned to complete. This can be after a single project or monthly if you buy a package. Please note services are billed one month in advance. We work with you to agree the final details so we’re all on the same page.

  • We require a minimum of 7 working days notice once the contract has been agreed in order to begin work with you.

  • We are fully insured and registered with the Society of Virtual Assistants and with the ICO for data protection. Our core way of working is to conduct your business with discretion, confidentially and securely.

  • We are fully equipped with all our stationary including technology. All we ask for is access to your systems (logins and passwords) so we can perform tasks needed. If we have to buy stamps or other resources for conducting your specific tasks, we will add these as expenses on the invoice.

  • We work collaboratively with you and we pride ourselves on slotting into your team like a missing puzzle piece.

    We work the way you want, when you want and how you want. You don’t need to worry about going through the process of hiring your own staff and then sourcing them a desk and technology. We are here and ready to go!

    Additionally, we are flexible in how we work and with only 28 days notice to make changes to our arrangement. You remain in complete control.

  • If this is needed, this can be arranged in advanced. We do offer onsite support for events and projects. Depending on the location, we require travel arrangements to be booked and paid for in advance by the client.
